Scott L. Poorman
Attorney Scott L. Poorman is a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Poorman holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Environmental Resources Engineering from Humboldt State University, and he received his law degree in 1992 from the University of Idaho College of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Poorman worked for the U.S. Department of Justice in Seattle and also served as the Senior Civil Attorney for Kootenai County. Mr. Poorman specializes in the areas of:
- real estate transactions and litigation
- construction law and litigation
- business entity formations and general business law
- zoning, land use and development projects
- municipal and county government litigation
Mr. Poorman is the former chairman of the Coeur d'Alene Chamber of Commerce Local Government Committee, he sits on the advisory board for the North Idaho College paralegal program.
